    The print obtained was narrower than what was ordered. I contacted customer service. ArtisanHD will provide a new print as soon as possible with the precise trim size specified on the order. Aside from that, the print quality and packaging were excellent. Hopefully, the replacement will be of the same high quality. Thanks!

    The images look great, but I'm deducting one star because they don't come with setup equipment - I had to try various types of bolts and anchors to find the right ones that fit properly, and I had to go to the store twice, which was very frustrating, especially since it would cost them almost nothing to add.

    It was the first time I purchased a print on metal from this firm. I chose a gorgeous Audubon print that Audubon has made available in high resolution for free. The print is lovely, however it appears to be more of an artistic interpretation of the subject than a print. The quality looks to be outstanding; yet, it is not what I expected.

    The print quality was excellent. It was an exact fit. There are no concerns about the quality or the price. The only negative aspect of my experience was the shipping fee and the time it took to arrive. The shipping fee was roughly the same as the print, thus tripling the total cost. At the very least, the print was carefully wrapped. I'll definitely purchase from them again, but this time I'll be prepared for the slow shipping and expense.

    The lead time was longer than I would have like, but this was a test to see whether they might be my go-to print house. The acrylic and printing quality were both outstanding. If you have the time, this is a must-see.
