**Avoid Travelo1.com Unprofessional and Misleading** I had a terrible experience with Travelo1.com. I purchased a flight ticket through their website at what seemed like a reasonable fare. Just five minutes after booking, I received a call from their team informing me that the fare I bought was no longer available. When I asked for a cancellation, they refused to provide a refund and instead offered only an e-voucher. It's clear that they are baiting customers with low, unavailable prices to trap them into using their service. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid Travelo1.com at all costs you might end up stuck with no proper solution and waste your money!

I needed to book a flight and used them to find a flight. I paid them. Then I got a call saying that my return flight was no longer available and oh I couldnt have any personal items. I asked if I could pay extra for a bag and they said no.. (that was a lie) I ended up paying 2x the amount for a flight with a different carrier. I was told I would not get my initial payment back ($250). Thus, I felt pressured and bullied to go ahead and book what they were offering because otherwise I would be out $250 and still need to get airfare. I let Mary know that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB as this was a bait and switch scam. This is after I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told no. I was told I could only speak with Mary. I went ahead and filed the complaint with the BBB. I got a call this AM. They screamed at me for filing the complaint. They told me they would cancel my flight if I did not take my complaint back. I told them that the complaint was valid and they are not ethical. She yelled at me that they are cancelling my flight and I would not get a refund then hung up. This is completely unethical and feels illegal. They lied. They pressured and bullied me into booking the flight. They should not be allowed to be in business.

Hi customer I am sharing my honest experience I booked an affordable price of $922 for myself and son to travel to Guyana on vacation.....within minutes my phone rang Mike from Travelo1 agency I am calling to confirm your reservation but your price went up to $1274 I told him this new pricing is not within my budget. Travelo1 never took out my payment only pending pending along with phone calls upon phone calls about the new price. I am a victim of bait and switch use my experience and think twice before you book.
