Fixrunner did an excellent job of resolving a problem with my website that I had been unable to resolve on my own for months. With regular updates, opportunities to test, etc., the fix only took a few hours and the response was prompt. Definitely going to use Fixrunner again for more repairs!

When I posted a problem on a wordpress website, these guys emailed me. These guys are the real deal, I tell you. I was working with a web designer. The web designer has been let go. I've now mastered Wordpress to the point where I can do it on my own and use these professionals for the challenging tasks. They truly offer excellent value.

Without a doubt, five stars! I would give them a perfect 10 if there were such a thing. I can't even begin to express how stress-free it is to have fix Runner handle all of the technical aspects of my website that I have no idea how to manage, giving me more time to manage the front end. Gratitude to Fix Runner! My hero is you!

I was hesitant to enlist outside assistance to help me solve my problem. Ilija and Fixrunner responded with impressive promptness. Ilija responded each time I asked a question or needed a status update.

I was impressed with FixRunner's willingness and capacity for assistance from our very first conversation. WordPress can be intimidating, and new users frequently find it challenging to understand the advice given in community forums. The FixRunner team has swiftly resolved a number of problems.

We use them for two of our WordPress sites, and they never fail to complete the task quickly and efficiently. The longest I've ever had to wait for an initial response was five minutes. With regard to their support and service, we are ecstatic.

incredible team I've never used FixRunner before. They not only fixed the issue, but they also had a follow-up meeting to go over other website-related issues. They were extremely diligent and professional. Very highly recommended, and I'll use them again for sure!
