Company very responsive and fast.
Had issue with online access, but Raquel immediately responded and fixed everything quickly and efficiently; she even checked up on me afterwards to ensure I was able to get in without issues.

I am new to Flex pro meals family and have just placed my order for the first time so cannot give a quality review as of yet. However, in order to get more information on my delivery I have reached out to customer service. Olga from customer service was so easy to talk to and very responsive. She had answered all my questions efficiently and because of this I am even more than happy to support flex pro meals. Thank you so much Olga for your assistance today. You really made me feel welcome and for that I am writing this review 😁

This is my 3ed meal prep service I've tried and compared to the other's their pricing, macro selection, and taste is the best. I needed some assistance and had multiple conversations with Olga, who answered my questions in a timely and professional manner.

Continue to experience problems with shipping... Olga in customer service was great and helped me work through the issue. Hopefully this time is the last issue but if not at least I know that Customer Service is there to fix it.
