Even though they were shown as in stock when I placed my purchase, the items I desired were out of stock. Customer support informed me that their distributor was out of the products I was looking for. Customer service was excellent, but their website should be updated in real time.

Everything was in order. One thing you might enhance is to provide a little tutorial for novices on how to do their first purchasing. Because I am an international client, I was required to admit my money transfer, but I had no idea how or why I did so. So it would be fantastic if you could add some information about that situation. Thank you very much!

On the specific item I ordered, the price was excellent. However, they did not offer any tracking information until I requested it via email. A little disappointing for a company.

Knives have become far too expensive; everyone wants to become wealthy suddenly, so when a reasonably priced knife appears, it is welcomed. My hunch is that you received a slew of these knives from the government to sell at a discount. Anyway, I enjoy a reasonable-priced knife that isn't a shambles for profit.

Excellent website. I adore the two hogue Ritter knives I purchased from them. Within 48 hours, they came at my residence. They also make an effort to provide discounts wherever possible. I would absolutely return in the future. Thank you very much
