Unquestionably a wonderful experience.
There are uncomfortable or even difficult moments since it forces you to go outside of your comfort zone, but the benefits and improvements in your life are well worth the effort.

Outstanding mentors and mentorship. I was able to change my ingrained, unhelpful limiting thoughts and resume dating women as a result.
