Fantastic customer service and products, and they are always willing to answer questions. Items are delivered really quickly. All the optics are well worth the money.

Although I have yet to receive my binoculars, ordering was simple and the owner actually emailed me. This has never happened before. I'm excited to get them and put them to use. Everything I've heard has been positive.

I just spoke with John and was really happy with his customer service. He was very honest in his responses to my questions. I haven't got my scope yet, but if it's everything it claims to be, I'll be back.

This company provides excellent customer service. They respond to questions quite quickly. The products themselves are excellent (I have two scopes and an accessory kit), and I plan to purchase another scope in the near future. I wish I had the funds to upgrade all of my scopes to Tract.
