When I first got started trying to change my body, I was thin, shy, and insecure, and I had no idea what to do in the gym. So I started working out at home.
Those home workouts changed the course of my life, ultimately leading to a career in fitness, as both a professional model and competitor, and as a trainer. But more importantly, working out at home helped me get over my shyness and insecurities, and gave me a sense of confidence, drive, and fulfillment I’d never experienced before.
I started Basement Beast to share that with as many guys as possible – especially guys who don’t want to go to the gym, whether that’s because it takes too much time, or like me, they just aren’t ready for the gym yet.”
