    Since I need to install Windows media, it's considerably more affordable to purchase just the Chaogolden here for $12. After payment, keys are sent to your email in less than a minute. I've used these twice with no problems. If you're purchasing the wrong item, it's not their responsibility; just make sure you know what you're obtaining. The most important thing to remember is that their Windows keys are only for the complete retail version of the product, not the upgraded versions.

Even though it was upsetting that the original product key was too long (seeming to have been used more than once), Vuong helped me to ensure installation with diligence and reason. Voung eventually figured it out, gave me a second product key, and remained with me until the issue was fixed. The product itself is the sole issue. Vuong said they would ask their supplier to look into it. Thank you.

    I just bought two things from ProductKeys. It took three attempts to activate the first one, which was a Mac application; it appears that the provided keys had previously been used. On the third try, it succeeded. The PC application, which was the second one, was successful the first time. I am really happy with the result, and support was quite prompt in helping me get both apps up and running.
