I emailed with questions about the quality of my pillow and the lack of stuffing across the bottom, I wasnt happy with it they gave me a credit I went to go buy another pillow to see if that was just a fluke and a mistake because my niece really wanted this pillow with her dogs picture on it so I use the credit Paid about $20 more which I figured I would just be able to order the same exact thing and not have additional fees so I reached out to them and asked them why I couldnt use the coupon I received from a review from a different product I purchased and loved and their employee Mary accuse me of trying to gets free things and she was very rude and I felt her behavior was disgusting, not a good behavior to have from a small business its trying to make it good luck!!!
