Customer’s Reviews Summary:
1. Rob B’s Review:
Likes :
Indicative is extremely simple to use and, in my opinion, outperforms several other popular product analytics tools in this category. The ability to join events and quickly create user segments based on any query makes it even easier for our product team to obtain data, independent of data analysts and developers.
Dislikes :
Pricing can be a little constricted. We’re already one tier below Enterprise, with 50 saved analyses and a maximum of 25 widgets per dashboard.
Final Summary :
We pass events that cover all of our product’s key actions, as well as those associated with the AB and multivariate tests we run. Every week, we use the dashboards to present results to the rest of our company and gain valuable insights.
2. Manan S’s Review:
Likes :
When compared to other analytical tools, Indicative is less expensive. I like how the free plan includes 25M events, funnel creation, and segmentation, which allows small businesses to get their feet wet in the analytical world without breaking the bank.
Dislikes :
The product is a little glitchy to use, but this has no effect on day-to-day functionality. The important thing for us is that we cannot add multiple event breakdowns (groupings) in the funnel, which is a bummer. However, it has served us well thus far.
Final Summary
We’re developing AB Tests funnel conversion to see if our design experiment variants win or lose.

Likes :
Funnel Drops are cool, but it would be even better if we could compare the same funnel with different parameters on the same page. Simplicity is also appreciated.
Dislikes :
I dislike that they lack basic features such as retention analysis, as well as clear videos on how to use a component. Their content game is off, so you must figure out how everything works.
Final Summary
I’m primarily dealing with Funnell drops through a variety of processes and time constraints. I learn which steps aren’t working properly and which ones are. I also like that we can view the entire activity set.
4. Danieel L’s Review:
Likes :
Most things are very intuitive, and the user interface is very friendly, providing people with an easy way to perform high-level analysis such as funnel, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
Dislikes :
There is no way to separate some properties with the same name for different types of events, which can be a disadvantage if you need to define what that property means for each type of event that has it.
Final Summary
Test and evaluate new features of the company’s website/app, analyze page/category performance, and so on.
5. Rodrigo A’s Review:
Likes :
The funnels that enable me to build a journey dashboard to aid in the analysis of many steps in the user journey and engagement with the platform.
Dislikes :
The number of optional steps in Funnel is limited to four. And it would be fantastic if I could divide a funnel into two distinct paths.
Final Summary
I’m looking at how my users interact with my platform and where they get stuck or have issues. The indicative assists me in increasing the conversion rate on the steps.
