    They refused to do it because the jacket was substantially smaller through the chest than the size chart. I reported the problem to my credit card provider, who immediately removed the funds from Leathercult's account and refunded them to mine.

    They delivered me a jacket that was one size smaller than I needed. They refused to set things right when I contacted them. Buyer beware: this is an Indian company with different customer service standards than American businesses.
