    When compared to some of the competing apps, LiveAgent is incredibly affordable and has a tonne of features. Its poor user interface (UI) makes it (yet) somewhat difficult to use.

    In addition to having all the features and functionalities you would anticipate from a helpdesk programme, LiveAgent also offers excellent customer support. It is well-organized, and all correspondence (tickets, chats, etc.) relating to a single customer can be found in one location, for instance.
