Unfortunately, I share a similar story to that of Daniel Dobson. Only difference is, logo in 30 minutes took my money for a website, performed zero work, and then kept my money. I Paid them $485 to build a website for my business but asked them to wait a day or two because I was also in contact with another company and I wanted to see what they had to offer. The other company ended up making a better offer, so i requested a full refund from logo in 30 minutes. They said, good, at least they did not start the work. i paid them on 05/18/2021, and today's date is 9/28/2021. Needless to say, they never refunded my money. For months, I went back and forth with them via email, they kept lying. Bottom line is, they took my money, did not lift a finger, and delivered no service for which i paid nearly 5 months ago, and they simply kept my money and refused to refund my money. Not sure how these people sleep but 5 months ago, my business was a brand new startup business and i was just trying to make the most out of the very limited resources I had, and here comes logo in 30 minutes and they took advantage of me and literally stole from me. Doesn't it cross their mind that maybe that poor guy has a family and bills to pay and is really missing that money they took? stay far away from this company! Bunch of liars and thieves.
