They designed a wonderful logo for me and i am completely satisfied with their work and customer support.

Terrible Company

BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!

This company is the biggest scam I've seen and been burned by first hand. After $2,000 for logo, business cards and a website, I have zero to show for it. Additional fees and promises don't stop coming.

Appalling service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAppalling service - never delivered what they promised even after 8 months. Would not return phone calls or emails. Constantly late for zoom calls even when they did attend - would usually just NOT show up!Their representative lied constantly - we dealt with Mark Eden - as soon as we paid them some money he was as good as gone. We just discovered that the iphone app they were "developing" for us and the code they supplied was just template code - they never even started trying to make it work despite all the promises that it will be loaded to app store, within 5 days time and time again.Luckily we paid the majority of the project via PayPal as was able to get a refund! Sadly the first one was over 6 months old and PayPal do not deal with invoices older than 6 months (which I did not know). If you choose to use this company never give them your credit card number! Quite frankly, you are better off on fiverr using a developer there!

Unfortunately, I share a similar story to that of Daniel Dobson. Only difference is, logo in 30 minutes took my money for a website, performed zero work, and then kept my money. I Paid them $485 to build a website for my business but asked them to wait a day or two because I was also in contact with another company and I wanted to see what they had to offer. The other company ended up making a better offer, so i requested a full refund from logo in 30 minutes. They said, good, at least they did not start the work. i paid them on 05/18/2021, and today's date is 9/28/2021. Needless to say, they never refunded my money. For months, I went back and forth with them via email, they kept lying. Bottom line is, they took my money, did not lift a finger, and delivered no service for which i paid nearly 5 months ago, and they simply kept my money and refused to refund my money. Not sure how these people sleep but 5 months ago, my business was a brand new startup business and i was just trying to make the most out of the very limited resources I had, and here comes logo in 30 minutes and they took advantage of me and literally stole from me. Doesn't it cross their mind that maybe that poor guy has a family and bills to pay and is really missing that money they took? stay far away from this company! Bunch of liars and thieves.

Disappointing! Small businesses be warned these people will milk you for everything you have. They designed my website a slow website gave me no information about website speed beforehand. Sold me a 3-year hosting package to undercut GoDaddy whom I had been using then turn around 6 months later and tell me my bandwidth has run out!!!! Any client logging onto my website will not have confidence in my services due to this message!!!! Scoundrels and thieves!!!!!

Guys I urge you to stay away!Logo in 30 minutes have told me that I can not benefit for the 100% money back guarantee because I complimented their work. They have rushed my logo without us discussing the details and told me I need to proceed with one. I have told them I don't feel any of the logo's are fitting for my business and they just repeated I can not have a refund.I told them I will be contacting Paypal to get my money back and will write a poor review, they said if we give you your money back you may leave a bad review anyway. They were then calling me multiple times on whatsapp. I hung up three times but they would not stop It's 23:00 at night! I answered the call and told them how disgusted I was. Honestly guys I know they have a 5 star review on here and I really can't see how but trust me when I say just to ask them to call you and speak to you on the phone and you will instantaneously be able to judge the level of professionalism.I can't believe what I've experienced this evening. Even when I answered the phone the agent said HOLA being sarcastic.HOW HAVE PEOPLE RATED THIS COMPANY 5 STARS!
