    Outstanding customer service. We got three wires, one of which was defective,they immediately replaced it, and we didn't have to return the broken one. Communication that is straightforward, straightforward, and kind. Would recommend.

    My two chargers were great, but one of the adapter points broke soon after I purchased it. When I contacted the customer service staff, they reacted quickly and issued a replacement. Both the service and the goods exceeded my expectations.

    I experienced a problem with one of the charging cords I bought, and after contacting the company, they quickly fixed the problem. Customer support was prompt and kind, and I am very pleased with my Magnalink cables!!

    Hey! It's fantastic. I bought it once and became addicted. I have a lot of gadgets with it in my house. I had a minor issue and contacted customer service, who swiftly resolved the issue. MAGNILINK has a very satisfied customer.
