Everything you need is here, from online appointments to teletherapy to billing. Would give it five stars if the differential pricing didn't mean I had to pay for a huge trial version to get the few things I needed.

Simple practice began with poor customer service and has since collapsed. JustTerribly. There isn't a phone number, and there isn't a live chat option To answer a singlequestion, it takes 6 emails and 5 days. This year, I'm excited to try therapeutic notes.

I'm writing this while waiting for Simple Practice customer service after responding to dozens of emails of useless,and time-wasting 'customer assistance.' I'm sorry I went with this platform. The customer service is terrible.
