I was able to locate lower costs for lifts and rentals here. Despite the fact that ski school was supposed to be an option, I was unable to sign up. The website does not do a good job of preserving your shopping cart or traveller information. Your ski agent, on the other hand, is really helpful and responsive.

Everyone with whom I communicated was wonderful. It's convenient to have everything in one place and at your fingertips. I just expected more alternatives for airport transfers to resorts and ski lessons to be included in the package without having to go elsewhere. However, altogether, excellent service.

Stephanie was quite helpful after I pointed out what looked to be a date-related issue in our first reservation.It's a little perplexing since I now have a booking number (confirmation? ), but when you access the itinerary, it says "reservation/confirmation in process." It makes me wonder if my reservation is genuinely confirmed.

The main site offered Lionshead Lodge rentals at $429/night, but when I tried to reserve, it was unavailable. Only $900/night flats are available. It may have just been bad timing, but it was still frustrating. I spoke with a person who assisted me in reserving a cheaper (but much further away from the elevator) option.

Chatting is quick and simple. Also, when you call, they really get to speak with someone who understands what they're talking about, which is a good. The only difficulty I encountered was that the confirmations from the ski.com gateway were not arriving. In order for me to see it, the agent had to email me a link. Multiple agents attempted, but I received no response from the system, just from the agents themselves.
