While Brooke didn’t know where life would take her, the embers of Bloom were kindling when she chose to study childhood development and exercise science in college. She always had a passion for exercise, but witnessing her close friends struggle to balance self-care with childcare sparked her interest in pregnancy and postpartum fitness.

Through her studies and the experiences of friends and family, Brooke saw just how hard it was for mamas to maintain a healthy level of fitness during pregnancy and after birth. She saw that many had difficulty seeing the birth experience as anything but scary and watched as new moms tried – and failed – to climb the mountain that was getting back in shape postpartum.

That was when Brooke truly discovered her life’s calling.”
