Don't use this site! I was pressured into particular airline tickets that I really didn't want. The next day I went to cancel the tickets but was met with much resistance. (I knew that I had 24 hrs in which to cancel these tickets). After arguing on the phone getting nowhere, I hung up, I then had my bf call thinking he could get somewhere with the cancellation. He did not. I called once again and demanded that he cancel my tickets! I was then told that it would cost me $25/ticket. I said fine, cancel them. Then the employee said that he had to talk to a supervisor first and put me on hold. He then said that my fee was $151 to cancel my tickets!! He wouldn't budge. Total scam!)

BUYER BEWARE! This company doesn't support its customers. They screwed up the date of our return flight (we were overseas) and refused to refund the cost of the additional tickets we had to purchase to get home. Customer service wouldn't return calls. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY -- there are many better companies out there.

Do not trust this company they scammed me. I purchased 3 tickets for what I thought was 589.00 a piece $1767. Shame on me I didnt thoroughly read the email they sent a couple of weeks later stating my total cost was 2290.00 dollars! I figured it out accidentally when I was checking my flights home. I called and they said they sent an email out that I agreed to which I never agreed to it. Agreeing would mean I would have to respond to the email.

Spend your money elsewhere Didnt even bother to call me and tell me that the card I used to purchase was canceled. Not a email nor text . I was issued an itinerary and conformation text but no one damn person or machine since we like to blame someone else let me know.Arriving at 4 am to board I was then notified about the cancellation and had to buy a ticket directly from vendor at airport.Phuck this company and everyone who works here
