    I needed to add a note to a gift subscription, and customer care responded quickly and offered to send a note to the receiver on my behalf. This is an excellent solution.

    Customer Service Is Horrible!!! I've been trying to resolve a problem I've had with an Urth purchase for days. When they finally decided to respond, they gave me bad advice. They simply don't give a damn!
