Kayako demo requests have been inactive for a week due to a terrible sales representative named Gabriella Yahaya. She completely disregarded emails from us clarifying that we were not an organization and only needed a demo before forcing us to attend a call where she was unable to provide a demo but still believed we were an agency since she hadn't read our emails! She called me "attitudinal" after I objected. Still no demo. Absolutely horrible.
