I've been using Freshdesk, a terrific online help desk, for a while now. It has given me the ability to organise all support requests much better than I could with a simple mailbox. Although it is not perfect, Freshdesk assistance has been largely satisfactory. Sometimes, the creators of basic features take a very lengthy time to resolve fixes.
