    Fantastic product that has greatly us in our ability to respond to consumer emails cooperatively. I'm very satisfied with the rapid and thorough email support I've received.

    It's nice that there is a free version and that the pricing is reasonable for everyone. The mobile app has to be enhanced, though. The sentence can occasionally be randomly duplicated when you type. Thanks.

    Please make the app more enjoyable to use.Although the service is generally decent, it can be annoying to react using a mobile app, especially when you move to a new line because it sometimes misses a line.Additionally, the first letter of the next sentence is not automatically capitalised.

    I've been using Freshdesk, a terrific online help desk, for a while now. It has given me the ability to organise all support requests much better than I could with a simple mailbox. Although it is not perfect, Freshdesk assistance has been largely satisfactory. Sometimes, the creators of basic features take a very lengthy time to resolve fixes.

    Excellent customer service.With the free training sessions, onboarding went incredibly well.They are far superior to the other goods we compared them against. extremely technological knowledgeable, and the app simply works. The business process setup didn't cost any more money for outside experts.
