    Todd L. assisted me and was quite helpful. He appears to have been constrained by information obtained from other sources. It would be wonderful to have a time frame for when my problem will be repaired or to receive an email notification when it is remedied.

    I had a problem connecting to my server, and despite the fact that it was close to Christmas, your customer service resolved the issue immediately. Matt Thomas, the person that assisted me, was kind and efficient, and I was pleased with his job.

    Holly Packer was really helpful and fulfilled all of my requests. She was very straightforward and provided the greatest assistance I have had from a firm in a long time, thanks Holly.

    Staff is excellent in terms of speed and responsiveness. The servers are also excellent. My only criticism is the pricing, which is pretty costly on the preconfigured servers, and they never say how much ram you need for modifications before you buy it, however their live chat helped me handle my difficulties, so that's okay.

    The agent assigned to assist me seemed dismissive of the majority of my issues. I've been having a lot of problems with plugins, but I was told that they weren't interested in helping me figure it out because I was using a rather experimental hack to run the plugins on Fabric. They did provide me with precise instructions for repairing my only other mod, but there was no direct technical help, and none of my problems were resolved.
