    I bought 15+5 cartons and got 15+3.As a result, two boxes were missing. As a result, I requested missing boxes. They instantly sent me two parcels.

    My orders were processed and dispatched in record time. Given how badly this virus has affected everything, I wasn't expecting my purchase to come as fast as it did. Thank you very much

    As a compromise, 4 inch wide Zebra paper was used. I needed 4 1/8" width thermal paper, but you didn't have it in stock, and I didn't want to purchase it from another vendor who did. I was irritated since the other vendor's website stated that I could check out as a guest, but when I went to the checkout page, I wasn't given that choice.

    There were no issues with the paper product. The issue is with shipment. The boxes in the first and last orders were crushed during transportation. The paper is no longer spherical, and the black plastic insert is broken, so it no longer fits or works in the printer. I've been purchasing this paper from you for the past ten years. So I'm guessing it's UPS that's causing the damage.

    I neglected to enter my promo code after placing my transaction. When I phoned customer support soon after placing my transaction, they informed me that the $5.00 credit could not be applied to my order. I also wrote an email, but based on the receipt I received, nothing was refunded. :(
