The fantastic quality is only surpassed by the excellent customer service. I began the process via email and was really happy with the continuous and prompt follow-up. The goods arrived on schedule and above my expectations.

I had a last-minute request for 5 plaques that we couldn't fulfil due to a lack of Reclaimed wood. When I contacted, Nancy confirmed that they had all of the plque materials on hand and that they could have them manufactured and sent in about two weeks, which was ideal. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service I received.
