Not so good, especially when it comes to seat booking fees, which should have been notified along with a cancellation fee.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I book at one rate, comes back PENDING w follow up call to tell me it's actually higher. I'm tired and want to go to bed and not jump thru a series of hoops to CXL the pending reservation that went UP. Every other site is REAL TIME accurate w rates and this is an absolute SCAM and no reason that they can't be the same.l. No ty, don't have time for this.
