No response when emails were sent asking for the ETA of necessary medications and attempts to call went unanswered. medication that costs over eleven bucks per pill! 3 days later than anticipated, the medication finally arrived.

Even when only a refill is needed and no vet permission is necessary, shipping of medications takes an unreasonable amount of time. Customers are not informed of delays in order processing or shipment times by customer support. Not always, emails sent receive a response.

We have Addison's disease in our dog. For the rest of her life, she will need injections and prescription medication. I was happy to discover the Zycortal Suspension for a significantly lesser cost.
