Customer service that is reliable is a huge benefit. Food is pretty tasty, and it's a huge time saver for me. A disadvantage is that food may not always keep fresh throughout the week.

Bad delivery, don't waste time, it's inconvenient to plan your diet for the week and not receive it on the day. You'll also waste time complaining and receiving no refund because the customer care is terrible.

I'm attempting to cancel my membership, but the customer service phone number isn't working, and when I try to log in, my previous account appears. This is causing me a lot of trouble. This company is not one I would suggest to anyone.

The money that is spent was not well utilized. The candy box isn't worth $12.00. Where is the remainder of the candy if it's in a plastic container???? I'd like my money back.

Great malted milk balls with a chocolate coating. The candy was packaged simply but effectively to keep it fresh. The candy containers are so beautiful! These are delicious. It takes several bites to finish because the size is so big. My craving was satisfied!

When I noticed my shipment wasn't arriving as I expected it, I was concerned. Customer service was friendly and efficient in getting it out to me.

They will not accept your credit card if you order online. I tried it several times with a variety of cards. Now that I'm done with them, I can say that their customer service is terrible.

It's a fantastic 45 calorie chocolate bar. In the future, I'd like to try other tastes. I'd be looking for sugar-free, low-calorie candy.

I joined up for the trial and immediately fell in love with the flavour. I am a big fan of the "try before you purchase" approach. Every other month, a new taste is sent! It's ideal for the holidays and my family.

I will never order from this company again! Such a disaster of an order, and no one will assist! Customer service is terrible! It took 13 days for my cargo to arrive in California, via New Jersey and Indiana! Ridiculous! Customer service is terrible!

I attempted to contact Pittman and Davis regarding an order multiple times. I'm still waiting for a direct response. I've done business with them in the past, but I'm not sure if I'll do so again.

You should double-check that your subscription is indeed cancelled when you deactivate it. Because they are going to charge you again and again. And no matter what evidence you provide, they will claim it is your responsibility.

I really enjoy zamplebox. At the age of 21, my son hooked me on vaping. I told him to do his homework, and I'd start buying them online, which he did, and he came across zamplebox. Then he let me sample some tastes, and I became hooked on this website as well.

Grubhub has been fantastic for us older guys, even if there have been a few glitches along the way. Grubhub is a great service in general. Without Grubhub, my life would be extremely different.
