The decal was sliced in the opposite direction from how the sample was given and what was agreed upon. When I contacted the company about the problem, no one responded.

Excellent service, setup, and delivery. It irritated me because the tools were left out of the compartment while the guitar was being sent! Thankfully, there are no scratches on the finish. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience.
