It took 11 days for the shipment to arrive in Canada. The print came in good condition. We were quite satisfied with the print's clarity and general quality! It adds a lot of brightness to our living area! I highly suggest it!

Because I haven't yet received my order, I can't comment on the pad. I was told that the item was back in stock, so I ordered it, and received a tracking number and an email from UPS with a delivery date in less than 2 hours! Superfast!!
