I didn't change my order to Keto meals and got the wrong stuff. LUZ helped me out and got my order of Keto shipped to me. Great customer service.

Meals are great and convenient. I’ve had some issues with delivery but customer service is always on top of it and super helpful. Luz has helped me on many occasions and has made the experience awesome!

Had an issue with subscription but Ariel in customer service helped fix it right away! He did amazing and was super kind!

I would like to thank Brian for helping me make a correction to my address so that my meals could actually get delivered! I tried using the AI chat box on your website and it did not give me the options that I needed to complete my request but Brian was fantastic. I’m looking forward to getting my first delivery.

I've been using FlexPro Meals for a while now and have been very happy with the variety of meals available and the quality of them. It's easy to change meal selections and my deliveries are always on time. I recently had a minor issue with a missing meal and I let FlexPro know and a customer service rep named Aeriel called me the same day and got everything squared away for me, quickly and easily.

I was nervous about trying a meal prep company, that wasn’t local. Ariel has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable about choosing Flexpromeals.com. My first order arrives tomorrow and I’m looking forward to trying my meals.

I have been happy with FlexPro meals. I did have one order that was messed up but Ariel took care of it the next day and credited my account back for the mishap.
