Great customer service (aka Benjamin @ FlexPro).
Great customer service (aka Benjamin @ FlexPro). I like the pricing and the flexibility of choosing my meal plan and meals. They have a good variety of meals to choose from that are tasty and filling. You could spend more if you went out to eat, so I save a lot without having to spend on gas and other expenses. Thanks Flexpro,

Olga was wonderful at helping me fix my order when I had forgotten to change my meal selection. I appreciated her quick response and ability to help me change my meals before they were shipped.
The only recommendations I have for FlexProMeals are that 1. I wish it had a more user friendly website/app with reminders to pick meals and easily pick meals that change weekly
2. I track macros and really wish I had a way to scan a barcode and have the macros go into MyFitnessPal accurately. None of them are accurate on the app and there’s no way to scan them in.

Have done a lot of research on different meal prep company's, this is the most cost effective. Not only is this service cost effective the customer service is amazing. Had a question about my account and Jessica was able to assist quick and efficiently. So excited to be apart of the flexpro family!!

The food was delicious with great macros.
The food was delicious with great macros. My favorite was the big meat pasta with the ricotta. I wouldn’t recommend the brownie bites though. Price is good with the discount but at full price I would only buy a few meals per week because of how expensive they are. If me and my wife wanted 3 meals per day at full price we would be paying over 400 per week. If you are rich though it’s worth the price.

I did really like this company.
I did really like this company. Their meals are great at least for me. They’re not big portion sized, but that was fine for me. I thought it was a pretty decent price for meals.
And customer service is usually pretty friendly and helpful but I don’t like that there incentivizing you to give a five star review that is not the right way to run a company now when I asked for help they’re willing to help right away, but now that I want to cancel, they’re making it difficult, the guys trying to talk me into other deals and stuff but I just wanna cancel and then he doesn’t get back to me
