    The group didn't show up until 2 hours after my legendary run was supposed to start. That was very inconvenient because it had been arranged 5 hours in advance and they were running late. However, once the group was created, they were speedy and efficient, trading all treasure to me in the end. I'm just not sure what went wrong with the timing.

    Started Horrible bought for three, only got one when everyone departed with no words or anything, had to contact support, then waited 20 minutes after that horror the next two teams who did the runs were fantastic open and communicative finished beautifully. I just wish the beginning wasn't so rocky.

    Great team completed my run on schedule and with a higher key than I requested. My only complaint is that I requested two guys with marketable gear and received a hunter trink with agility.... I'm a holy pally.

    I don't believe you should sell arena unless you disclose that you need at least item level 197, and the assistance were a little grumpy on little mistakes, but we got it done so it was all okay.

    Really quick, very friendly folks The reason I rated it a 4 was because the pricing was roughly 20% more than on other sites, but the service was faultless!
