    Our experience with flight attendants James and Shan was positive; nevertheless, there were a few issues, such as: being on wait for an extended period of timeThe delay in receiving tickets after confirmation, as well as the absence of critical information such as food option on our E ticket on the airline's website, was deceptive.Overall, Shan treated us with respect and assured me that travelling with a child would not be an issue.All concerns were swiftly resolved.

    Working with them was a positive experience. However, I am unable to cancel the ticket and receive a refund once it has been booked, as we would be able to do if we had booked a direct flight from the Canadian website. For example, my plane may change, yet I am unable to obtain a refund for my travel. Everything else was excellent, really helpful, and courteous.

    My experience with this site was simple enough for someone who hadn't booked a ticket in a long time, and while there was a hitch with acquiring the E-Ticket since I supplied the wrong email (my fault), everything worked out great after a few tries and assistance from the crew on the other side. So, overall, a good experience.

    I ordered two tickets to Cancun for $418 each, received a call the next day stating that they were unable to obtain that price and offered each ticket for $410, when I checked other airlines for the same time nonstop flight, they were offering at a higher price, so we ended up purchasing seven tickets for our trip.
