    I ordered fish from this site and received an email the next day stating my order was refunded with no explanation. I tried to respond to the email (which is the same email as is provided on the website) and it bounced back as not being able to receive incoming mail. I reached out on their webform and sent messages on their facebook and instagram and received no reply. The order WAS NOT refunded, just canceled on their end and they kept the money. I had to file a dispute with the credit card company because there is no legitimate contact method for the company. Not sure they are even a real business.

    I am a real person firstly! Secondly, do not order from them!!! I placed a $400+ order on Nov 6, 2023. For 2 weeks I didnt receive a tracking #, confirmation email, nothing. So I reached out to them. They responded quickly and gave me that info. The very next day the owner (Im guessing) contacted me (689-388-2107) and said they didnt have chili rasbora in stock $119.97 for 3x 10pks. But they could replace with strawberry rasbora, which are less expensive on the site and less pretty. I said Id rather wait until they were in stock and to send my whole order once they were. 3 weeks later, no word from them. I reach out, still no chili rasbora. So I said go ahead and replace them with strawberries and send my order. A month goes by, no package still. I reach out, they then notify me that itll be sent out the next day. I receive my fish a week later, but only half the order. It was missing $180 worth of fish and plants. ALSO, the whole thing is from AQUA HUNA!!! Packaging, fish, everything!! And the funny thing is I usually order from Aqua Huna anyway. I reach out 2x , no response. 3rd time they respond and say the green neon tetras arent in stock, but dont even mention the plants missing. I tell them its been a horrible experience, I just want a refund on the missing items, and they go radio silence. I have sent so many emails and texts. The guy will txt back but only to ask whats missing, then wont respond again. They wont respond to emails at all. This company is a joke to say the very least!!! Just order from Aqua Huna or another reliable source and save yourself the hassle!! I ONLY ordered from Good Joseph because they had the things AH was out of at the time. This company is horrible!! It is now Feb 11, 2024 and Im still trying to get what a paid for.

    Ordered a Black Orchid black crown Betta on April 22nd. After a month of no response to multiple email enquiries, a disconnected phone line and a Facebook page that has only one user and no posts in over a month, I've concluded Goodjoseph is either a total scam or a once trustworthy vendor who has fallen on hard times.

    I ordered a female Gourami. Given the expense of shipping, I added a four pack of catfish. I only received the catfish. They came from a different company that informed me Good Joseph sources from other companies, so they werent responsible for the missing order. I wrote good Joseph online about paying for a female Gourami I did not receive Crickets. I had to resolve my problem five days later by engaging on the chat. That resolution only refunded the price of the Gourami. While other fish had out of stock tags, the female gourami did not, yet I was told they were not in stock for a replacement (my choice, as the whole reason I ordered was the female gourami).Bottom line do not order, unless you are willing to receive a partial order for the same shipping and are willing to pursue refunds yourself.
