    Amazing yarn, and I've gotten really speedy delivery up to my latest order....and it's not Hobbii's fault...It was mailed by USPS and became "stranded" in Chicago for about two weeks. When it eventually arrived over a month later, I was really pleased with the goods.

    Except for the wait time and the lack of communication, everything about my purchase was perfect. I downloaded the Postnord app to check on the status of my purchase. I only received one email from them, and that was a few days after I placed my order. After then, I didn't get any updates on my purchase, so I just had to wait for it till it arrived, without knowing whether or not I'd truly received it.

    I'd want to be able to choose not to receive extras like plastic stitch markers with my order. I don't require them and aim to avoid using unnecessary plastic. The thing I ordered performed admirably (the latex).

    My Black Friday shipment was lost in transit, which upset me. I received an e-mail informing me that I could repurchase and the price would still be honoured, which was good, but I would have rather that my item be marked as back ordered.

    Customer service is excellent; when a skein was missing from my order, they promptly delivered a replacement. I only wish I could select my shipment speed/service. I used to be able to obtain FedEx Express, which arrived reasonably quickly to Hawaii, but now it appears that my only option is US Postal Service, which is notoriously sluggish, especially outside of the contiguous 48. Also, I'm disappointed to discover that the order quantity required for free delivery has increased. But Hobbii is still doing well enough that I buy from them more than anywhere else!
