New York Scent Review

The company is fantastic, but the service on my purchase was a little sluggish.I'm not sure whether there was a glitch or what, but it took over a week to arrive when it said it would be delivered in 48 hours.I hope everything went well for them.There was also some misunderstanding about vanilla rates in the oil.That was immediately corrected out.The bottle stated one amount, while the website stated another.Overall, I would place another purchase with this firm.Simply calculate your usage rate and place an order for that amount.

What I've ordered has been excellent...strong fragrances with terrific throw. My main gripe is that most of the items I'd like to order have been out of stock for quite some time. The turnaround time is quite slow...but as I already stated, the oils are excellent.

I've placed multiple orders with New York Scent and have been happy with every oil I've used!I wish the shipping and order fulfilment were a little faster, but I understand that given the current circumstances, that may not be possible. I will undoubtedly continue to place orders!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the exceedingly sluggish order processing and shipping.Aside from that, amazing scents, great prices, and up-to-date emails about in-stock items were delivered.I'll definitely order from you again.

Everything I've received from NYS has been fantastic. The oils are well-packaged and have wonderful fragrances.The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are frequently out of the oils I'm seeking for (although they do notify me when new ones arrive) and that orders take a long time to arrive. But when it comes to oils, it's an A+.
