    Part was exactly what was required and was delivered on time. In the world of internet shopping, we've become jaded, expecting 2 or 3 day delivery for things ordered in the continental US. This took around a week, possibly eight days. I should have taken that into account because it was urgently required. It was my fault, not the company's.

    Unfortunately, the service manual for my Singer 503j is not of the greatest quality, and the pictures are not clear at all, so I will have to rely on my imagination to complete some of the maintenance!

    The small little screw component was just what I wanted, however it was somewhat expensive. And I believe you could send this for a lot less money. It would work like a postage stamp on an envelope. However, because my wife's sewing machine is functional, I am unable to complain about the advertisement or the real screw. It's effective, and my wife is pleased.

    Except for the Brother sewing machine plate, everything went as planned. It was claimed in the description that it would fit our machine, however it did not. My husband was able to file it down, so we didn't contact for a return. Everything else was fantastic.

    My product arrived, however it did not have the same description as the page from which I ordered. I investigated for compatibility with my machine while placing my order. When I received it, the description stated that it should only be used with the machines listed.My machine was not listed there, but when I contacted, they told me to try it anyway and that if it didn't work, I could come back in 30 days.
