I got the Cool Pics 500, which came with several extras and a lovely case that I hadn't anticipated. Customer service is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

For good service, wonderful materials at a reasonable price, and the simplicity of obtaining a whole package ready to go, I give 4k4less five stars. I had a couple concerns with my order, but they were quickly resolved. Thank you, gentlemen.
