Pricing is excellent, service is prompt, and support is outstanding. The control panel is not the most user-friendly for complicated functions such as world importation. There should be no problems if you start from scratch.

Very sensitive to concerns, and quick to respond even at Christmas or "midnight" able to comprehend what's going on, and make modifications on the fly!

So far, I've enjoyed everything. The only drawback is that there is occasionally a slight slowness on the server, and I don't see an opportunity to modify the recurring from monthly to a multi-month plan.

I didn't really test out the server because it didn't have mod support, which meant you had to upload and perform all of the changes yourself.

You've been quite helpful. I believe you might enhance your service by making the "Chat now" option more accessible to your clients. Having a straight question addressed is quite beneficial. Your ticket time, on the other hand, is excellent. So, all in all, it was a positive experience for my buddies and me.
