absolutely awful For my dog's birthday back in October, I ordered a collar. It wasn't delivered to me until January! In addition to being late, the wrong collar was supplied. Furthermore, after numerous attempts to contact the business via phone, text, email, and Instagram, I have received no answer. Beyond unacceptable, this. I'll get in touch with my bank.
