Excellent customer service, fast shipping, and the industry's finest warranty. Puts Yeti to waste in terms of warranty and having a cooler that isn't deceptively advertised in terms of size.

Because I haven't yet received my order, I can't comment on the pad. I was told that the item was back in stock, so I ordered it, and received a tracking number and an email from UPS with a delivery date in less than 2 hours! Superfast!!

Service is excellent, and the products are much better. Purchased products received a perfect score of ten out of ten, with no faults discovered. I will buy from you again in the future.

I misplaced my drain plug, and the gentleman I spoke with was fast to help me. My Canyon Cooler has been in my possession for several years. I think it's better than a yeti and less expensive. Any other cooler would be a waste of money for me. This is an excellent product. Thanks, Rodney
