My weekly camel milk deliveries have been excellent. I'm hoping for the powdered milk to arrive soon, since I've been eager to try it. The frozen milk is packaged extremely well and comes in perfect shape.

I have not gotten any of my orders, and I have written you messages, but you have not responded, which is extremely poor customer service. I'd like my money returned.

It takes an hour from the time you place an order to the time it is delivered. In other words, you are unable to produce at levels sufficient to meet demand, and as a result, customers must bear the brunt of your inefficiency.
