Hiking and kayaking were two of my favorite outdoor activities. A great captain, a wonderful crew, and, most importantly, the opportunity to truly see the glaciers of the Sound. It was amazing.

I've never been a part of an event that was so precisely planned and executed. Despite the fact that I didn't have to think about anything other than living in the moment, it all worked out well as an educational, athletic, culinary, and social journey. I was afraid about becoming seasick, but it never came close to actually.
