When I required information about shipping, Stavros was extremely helpful. Communication was prompt and courteous. My Jetpack small bag is the cheapest on the internet. 5 out of 5!

I made a purchase on their website and did not follow through with it. They did issue a refund because the item was displayed at the incorrect price.
