Great customer service (aka Benjamin @ FlexPro). I like the pricing and the flexibility of choosing my meal plan and meals. They have a good variety of meals to choose from that are tasty and filling. You could spend more if you went out to eat, so I save a lot without having to spend on gas and other expenses. Thanks Flexpro,

Have done a lot of research on different meal prep company's, this is the most cost effective. Not only is this service cost effective the customer service is amazing. Had a question about my account and Jessica was able to assist quick and efficiently. So excited to be apart of the flexpro family!!

The food was delicious with great macros.
The food was delicious with great macros. My favorite was the big meat pasta with the ricotta. I wouldn’t recommend the brownie bites though. Price is good with the discount but at full price I would only buy a few meals per week because of how expensive they are. If me and my wife wanted 3 meals per day at full price we would be paying over 400 per week. If you are rich though it’s worth the price.

I had picked my meals but when I got my email of what was being shipped, they were different than what I picked. Luz with customer service was great and fixed the issue. Wonderful customer service!

I thought I had my settings on for every two weeks for meals.
I thought I had my settings on for every two weeks for meals. I received the next package a week after. Some of the meals weren’t what I picked and I reached out to let them know. They confirmed that they would deliver every two weeks and reimbursed my next package of 18 meals for the following week. Great customer service, glad I chose FlexPro.

I have been a customer for more than a couple years and I always had a great experience. Today was no exception! I noticed there was an order charged to my account for June 5th, but I never received my shipment. I immediately went to contact customer service and within a minute , Ariel responded and helped me right away. It only took a few minutes to resolve the issue and I was more than pleased with Ariel’s excellent customer service!!!! Thank you for all your help, Ariel! MAHALO!!!!

The food quality is very good and the simplicity of the concept has allowed me to save money as well as eat healthy. Their customer service is top notch! Olga was great correcting an error with my order. I would recommend the company.
