I had an issue with my billing date and Jessica got it squared away in just a couple minutes. I definitely recommend these guys.

I have just started my meal plans and received my first shipment. The meals I tried so far are tasty and convenient. I had a slight mix up in my order but Luz in support handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Looking forward to my next order.

Been using this company for awhile. The meals are usually pretty good. Their customer service is always good. Thank you Ariel for taking good care of me.

Meals are great and convenient. I’ve had some issues with delivery but customer service is always on top of it and super helpful. Luz has helped me on many occasions and has made the experience awesome!

I would like to thank Brian for helping me make a correction to my address so that my meals could actually get delivered! I tried using the AI chat box on your website and it did not give me the options that I needed to complete my request but Brian was fantastic. I’m looking forward to getting my first delivery.

Olga was wonderful at helping me fix my order when I had forgotten to change my meal selection. I appreciated her quick response and ability to help me change my meals before they were shipped.
The only recommendations I have for FlexProMeals are that 1. I wish it had a more user friendly website/app with reminders to pick meals and easily pick meals that change weekly
2. I track macros and really wish I had a way to scan a barcode and have the macros go into MyFitnessPal accurately. None of them are accurate on the app and there’s no way to scan them in.

Good quality overall. The pricing is a little bit high but it will save you time from cooking. The customer service is good with communication.
