Great Customer Service with Flex Pro! Always reply to emails and are quick to assist if there’s issues with orders or their site. Luv got my order corrected and taken care of prior to shipping to ensure I had my selected meals for the week!

I had an issue from the first delivered box of meals. The box was much too large for the number of meals that I had ordered, therefore they were tossed about during shipping. I had taken a picture and sent it in explaining what had happened. I heard from a few customer service reps but the last few days it has been Luz. They were going to close the ticket being that I had no idea someone had gotten in touch with me utilizing a text. Anyway so my issue had gotten resolved in a timely manner.

My original package was lost in transit. Brian in customer service replaced my order and assured me the problem has been resolved. I’m looking forward to receiving some delicious meal, thanks Brian!

I had an issue with my order and the customer service was great. I was helped by an associate by the name of Brian who helped keep me updated and fixed the issue immediately. Definitely will be ordering from them again!
